After more than 30 years at the head of the company, Mrs Aïcha Debaisieux, founder and Chairman, will be devoting herself to her role on the Supervisory Board and to other outside activities in which she has long been involved.

Eric Panijel will succeed her as CEO from 25 September 2023. He brings with him his experience as a manager and developer of FMCG and health products for brands where natural ingredients have always played an important role.

Each year, the company processes more than 250 plant species according to highly standardised specifications, to produce a broad catalogue of almost 3,000 premium-quality products. Its product range covers a broad spectrum, including dry and soft extracts, hydro-glycerinated, hydro-alcoholic and aqueous extracts, standardised or turnkey plant complexes, conventional extracts and organic extracts.
